When studying metabolism and working in a microbiome lab, I felt the abyss that stood between the scientists and the general public. As experiments and life proves, ideas are easier said than done: jargon is confusing, health providers have conflicting interests, and health’s true message is lost in translation. Writing nutrition content for PGB is my opportunity to begin filling the gap in knowledge between the experts and the everyday people!
